When you use our contact form, we collect the name, company, email, optional phone number, company size, preferred start time, and message you provide. We also attach the current page, referral source, and campaign parameters when available so we can understand how the enquiry reached us.

If you separately allow analytics, we collect explicit events such as pages viewed, named calls to action clicked, and whether the contact form was started or submitted. These events may include a random anonymous identifier, referral source, campaign parameters, and first- and last-touch pages. We do not send your form fields to analytics, record your session, use advertising pixels, or track you across other websites.

Our server also writes basic technical logs needed for security and troubleshooting, such as IP address, request path, time, and browser information.

We use your contact details to reply to your enquiry, assess fit, manage follow-up, and discuss a possible engagement. With permission, we use aggregated analytics to understand which content and calls to action are useful. We use server logs to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the website. We do not sell your personal data or use it for unrelated advertising.

NEXT_LOCALE is a cookie that remembers whether you are reading the Vietnamese or English version. It is set when you switch language and expires after about one year.

Analytics is off until you choose Allow analytics. If you agree, PostHog stores a random identifier, your consent choice, and first- and last-touch attribution in local storage. We configure it without autocapture, session replay, or analytics cookies. If you continue without analytics, no journey history is kept; a form submission still includes only its current page, referrer, and campaign parameters when available.

Use Analytics preferences in the footer to change or withdraw your choice. Withdrawing stops future analytics and clears the attribution data this site stored in your browser. You may also clear browser storage yourself. If you use the optional Cal.com booking feature, Cal.com may use storage needed to provide scheduling under its own policy.

We process contact-form data on the basis of your consent when you submit it and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. Analytics has a separate opt-in choice and is not required to use the website or contact us. You can withdraw analytics consent through the footer preferences and request that we stop using or delete contact data by emailing hello@vigentix.com.

We share data only with providers that help us operate the website and respond to enquiries, under their applicable data-protection terms:

Server infrastructure — hosts the website, contact API, and technical logs.

HubSpot — stores contact, company, deal, attribution, and follow-up task information submitted through the form.

Resend — delivers an independent notification copy of a form submission to Vigentix.

PostHog EU Cloud — receives only the explicit, non-form analytics events described above, and only after opt-in.

Cal.com — if booking is enabled and you use it, processes the scheduling details you choose to provide.

External links such as Google Maps, Facebook, Zalo, LinkedIn, and quotely.vn are governed by their own policies. We do not transfer your data to third parties for their own marketing.

We retain anonymous analytics events for up to 90 days. Contact, company, deal, task, and notification data associated with an enquiry is kept for up to 24 months after the last interaction, unless a longer period is required for an active contract, legal obligation, dispute, or your request. We then delete or anonymise it. Technical server logs are retained for a limited security and troubleshooting period.

Under Decree 13/2023/ND-CP you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may object to or restrict its processing. To exercise any right, email hello@vigentix.com; we respond within the time the law requires.

We may update this policy as our practices or the law change. The effective date above always reflects the current version.
