This page explains how to ask VIGENTIX COMPANY LIMITED to delete personal data connected with the website, products, and Facebook or Messenger integrations operated by Vigentix.
Data covered
You may request deletion of data submitted through vigentix.com or connected with your use of an application, product, or Facebook/Messenger integration operated by VIGENTIX COMPANY LIMITED. This request does not control data that Meta processes independently under its own policies.
How to submit a request
Email hello@vigentix.com with the subject “Data deletion request”. Include your name, the email address you used, and the relevant service. For a Facebook or Messenger request, include your account name and Facebook User ID if available; never send a password or authentication code.
Identity verification
To protect your data, we may need to confirm that you are the data subject or an authorised representative. We request only the minimum information needed and never ask for your Meta account password.
Processing and confirmation
Once verified, we delete or anonymise data within scope unless applicable law requires us to retain it. We respond within the period required by law and email you when the request is complete or if more information is needed.
